There is something incredible about women who build each other up and empower each other with a knowledge of abundance.
Here is a short list of some of my favorite revolutionistas. These strong women are revolutionising the health and fitness industry by helping people from all walks of life acheive their goals in a happy, healthy and authentic way. Some of these ladies I know personally and others I hope to meet one day.

Neghar is a mom, writer and is on the Girls Gone Strong Advisory board (see below) but deserves a seperate mention as she has her own site and is rocking women's worlds everywhere! She is all about self love and self compassion. She is as authentic as people come and has been a big influence in my life. You'll find lots to read and ponder on her site and I'm sure you'll love it too.

Jen Sinkler is a force of nature! She is one of my favorite badasses and I had the pleasure of getting to know her at the 2016 Radiance Retreat hosted by herself, Neghar and Jill. She is funny and real and is all about "come with me" not "look at me" (her awesome words). She has an authentic desire for women to feel strong and powerful and is a wealth of information on many topics and queen of improving fitness.

*She also has a pretty badass resume ;)

Jill is all about getting your mind right around food. She is all about living a moderate balanced life and I think that we could all learn something from her. Jill is queen of getting the most out of your time at the gym and is a lifesaver when it comes to quick workouts.

Girls Gone Strong has an advisory board that puts out a mecca of accurate information and body positive content. The 9 women on this board are a force to be reckoned with in the fitness industry and are all experts in their respective fields. They are consistantly providing excellent information you will not find in the fat-loss industry or in mainstream media.

Precision Nutrition falls under this category as it is not run solely by women. It is a great source for no-nonsense just the facts information. They have great infographics and make things super easy to understand. They are all about healthy eating, fitness and what works for you. Recognizing that we are all different is at the core of their philosophy. I'm proud to say that I am certified by them and have experienced their coaching program as a client.
